About Daybond

Daybond is an Atomsoft SRL product for managing goals, habits, commitments, workouts, personal progress and optional social challenges. The app is in preparation for limited testing, and features may be updated.

Account and responsible use

Accounts use Sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your provider account secure. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse other participants, disrupt the service, impersonate another person or upload content you lack the rights to share.

Eligibility, minimum age and account restrictions require approval for the final terms.

Your content and shared activities

You remain responsible for goals, notes, workout records, photos and videos you contribute. Daybond processes them to support your chosen features. The final terms must define any license needed to host, process and display them.

Some avatars and covers are public, while challenge participants and goal buddies can view certain information you choose to share. Other users retain their independently saved challenge records or content when you delete your account.

Workouts and personal decisions

Daybond is a planning and tracking tool rather than medical advice. Consider your physical condition and seek qualified advice where appropriate. The version audited on 12 October 2026 did not collect heart rate, GPS location or Apple HealthKit data.

Deleting your account

The account-deletion flow implemented on 12 October 2026 is Settings → Delete account. Confirm your identity through the Apple or Google provider used for Daybond, then select Delete permanently. Deletion requires internet access; choosing Cancel or Back does not delete your account. Once accepted, deletion cannot be undone and signing in again does not recover the account.

Server acceptance immediately blocks your sessions and connected-app access, while primary database erasure and external media cleanup finish through retryable operations. The usual primary-database target is about one minute; more than 24 hours without completion is an operational incident, not a promise that provider outages cannot delay cleanup. Your iPhone reports Account deletion accepted only after local cleanup succeeds.

Some limited verification/deletion records and encrypted backup snapshots remain for the explicit periods described in the Privacy Policy. Other people's independent records and copies outside Daybond may remain. Offline devices cannot be wiped until they reconnect. These rules must match the final operational deployment.

Optional integrations and service availability

Features such as Apple/Google sign-in, Apple push notifications and optional ChatGPT goal planning depend on external services and connectivity. Their providers have separate terms. Daybond may experience downtime during testing and maintenance; applicable service guarantees and remedies require final legal review.

Pricing and purchases

The implementation audited on 12 October 2026 did not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, payment receipts or payment processing. This draft offers no paid plan. Any future paid features will require visible pricing, renewal and cancellation details, applicable Apple purchase terms and a reviewed refund policy before being sold.

Legal details still to approve

These draft terms do not yet establish an effective date, governing law, full operator address, age eligibility, consumer protections, dispute procedure, limitation of liability, content license or notice process. These must be reviewed and finalized before the document becomes binding.
